How much does a care worker earn in Estonia?
According to Statistics Estonia, the average full-time gross monthly pay of care workers in health and care institutions (ISCO 5321) was 1,719 € in the second quarter of 2026, and the median was 1,714 €. For home care workers (ISCO 5322) the average was 1,270 € and the median 1,297 €.
