What happens when the thirty days are over?
You move to Free on your own and nothing is deleted. Your careers page stays up with your newest advert, the others are paused, and the first ten applications each month are read and ranked. The rest are kept unread until you choose a plan, and the rankings from your trial come back with it. No candidate is ever turned away.
Do we have to replace our applicant tracking system?
No, and you should not. This sits in front of it. Nothing is migrated and nobody is retrained, and what reaches your existing system is simply already in order. It is also why this is not priced like an ATS.
Is this legal under the EU AI Act?
Recruitment screening is high-risk under Annex III, and this was built on that assumption rather than retrofitted to it. Nothing here decides. It ranks and it cites. Every question asked traces to a line in your own advert, and every score decomposes into recorded numbers. That's the file a regulator asks for.
Where does candidate data live, and for how long?
EU hosted, Estonian company. Retention runs on a clock rather than a promise. Unfinished applications are deleted within 24 hours, submitted ones on a fixed schedule after the vacancy closes, and filling a role shortens it further. Deletion reaches the stored files as well as the database rows.
What if it's wrong about somebody?
You will see it, because the evidence sits on screen next to the score. You can also change what counts. Three sliders set how much weight goes on capability, motivation, and whether the letter was written for you. Changing them reorders every queue instantly and drags straight back.
Can candidates still just apply for one job?
Yes, and that is the default when they arrive through a specific advert. The ordinary careers feed is there, other matches are offered unticked rather than assumed, and you can switch cross role suggestions off entirely.
How long does it take to set up?
You paste your adverts as they are written and share one link. There is no implementation project and no minimum term. If it has not earned its place in a month, stop paying for it.
