Does Staffholm replace CV Keskus or CV.ee?
No. A job portal brings your advert to people who are looking for work. Staffholm reads the applications that arrive through your Staffholm link, asks each candidate about ten questions their CV leaves open and ranks everyone with reasons quoted from the CV. Applications that stay inside a job portal's own system are not read by Staffholm.
Do we have to change our HR system?
No. Nothing is migrated. Once you have chosen who to meet, the interview, the contract and payroll carry on the way you run them now.
Does it turn candidates down by itself?
No. It ranks the candidates and shows why. A person makes every decision, and Staffholm helps you send every candidate an answer in your company's name.
What does it cost?
Free for one open advert and 10 applications a month, after a thirty day trial that needs no card. Paid plans start at 29 € a month plus VAT for one advert and 40 applications, and 79 € covers 5 adverts and 150 applications. No contract.
Is Staffholm an alternative to SmartRecruiters or Workable?
For a small or mid-size company, often yes for reading and ranking applications. SmartRecruiters is a recruitment suite for large companies, part of SAP since 2025, with plans from 14,995 USD. Workable starts at 299 USD a month for companies with 1 to 20 employees. Both add onboarding and HR on top. Staffholm has a free plan and paid plans from 29 € a month, works in Estonian and English, and puts its effort into the part that takes the most time, reading and ranking every application.
